Assembly of Delegates 2024

Dear EURAPAG Member,

On the occasion of the 16th European Congress on Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (XVI  ECPAG), which takes place from the 5-8 th June 2024 in Thessaloniki, Greece, at Hyatt Hotel, we would like to invite you to the EURAPAG General Assembly. 

The place, time, and agenda will be announced later.

In order to prepare for the EURAPAG Delegates Assembly, please inform us of the following:

  1. Number of members of your National society and the current Executive Board – with names and emails.
  2. Proposition for new board elections: name, address, and email of the Candidate must be sent. (One candidate/country according to Statutes)
  3. Proposition of future venue of 17th EURAPAG. Candidate Cities must declare their candidacy by email request and preferably present their candidacy during the General Assembly.
  4. The names of delegates with voting rights.

  1. The number of voting delegates of National Societies, taking into account the number of their members, as follows:

National Association with a maximum of fifty (50) members – two (2) delegates;

National Association with a maximum of one hundred (100) members – three (3) delegates;

National Association of up to five hundred (500) members – (four) 4 delegates;

National Association of more than five hundred (500) members – five (5) delegates

  1. A national group of at least five (5) members, regardless of a country where there is no national association, always has one (1) delegate vote, regardless of the total number of Individual Members of that country.
