AIM OF EURAPAG
EURAPAG is a voluntary, non-Government, non-profit association of European national associations of PAG and in special cases of individual gynaecologists, paediatricians or doctors specialising in gynaecology or paediatrics from European countries, as well as supporting EURAPAG individuals or corporations, who all do accept EURAPAG Statutes and contribute to realize their objectives actively.
The Objectives of EURAPAG, among others, are characterized by support for research and education in PAG towards application of new knowledge and improvement of health, life quality and future female fertility;
co-operation among European gynaecologists and paediatricians on PAG; capability and skill of physicians practicing PAG , particularly dealing with the gynaecological approach with at children specifically; systematic expansion of university and post-graduate studies in PAG; co-operation with other international organizations involved with PAG; harmonization of clinical work to set right guidelines in diagnosis and treatment in PAG in all-Europe; absorption in the internationally important field of PAG aimed at good procedures of prevention, diagnosis and treatment particularly.
Membership
A National Society, group or Section of PAG of a European country, or individual doctors of a European country where still no national group does exist, who interested in PAG would like to join EURAPAG, As full members they are invited to send an application for EURAPAG membership by post-mail to the EURAPAG address.
Organs and structure of EURAPAG
The regular organs of EURAPAG are the EURAPAG Delegates Assembly as
its supreme body, which represents all Members by their Delegates; the
Executive Committee, which represents the EURAPAG between the meetings
of the Assembly of Delegates.
The Executive Committee is composed of nine members: the
President, President Elect, Vice-President, Secretary General, Treasurer
and four other members.
